How does pricing work?

Do I keep control of my calendar?
Yes. You can block dates for your own stays anytime, and you always see every booking.
What do I need to rent short-term in Jacksonville?
Florida requires a DBPR vacation rental license for homes rented more than three times a year for stays under 30 days. Duval County also charges a 6% tourist development tax on top of the 7.5% state sales tax, for 13.5% in total. We help you get set up.
